There are no such thing as "can't create offline profile" for GFWL (Games for Windows Live). Solution - Press Home key on keyboard. - Logout/Signout from profile. - Create New Profile. (don't click continue) - Scroll down and click on Create Local Profile. - Enter name.
Most virus detection from antivirus in the installation folder are from crack or keygen. Solution - Use decent or paid antivirus. Free antivirus are crap. That simple. If you are sure the files are not infected, close/turn off the antivirus or add the file/folder to the trusted/ignore list.
